One of our most popular entry level digital models, the Grant GD100-S5 stirred thermostatic bath is well specified with a digital thermostatic control unit and stainless steel tank for straightforward laboratory applications requiring high precision temperature control.
- Optima™ digital thermostat (GD100) for precise temperature control
- Cooling/heating range 0 to 100ºC*
- Stability ± 0.02ºC
- 5 litre tank volume (other tank sizes available)
- Range of simple convenient programming features
*operation below ambient temperature requires accessory cooling

Accessory options for GD100-S5 bath
Lids and polypropylene spheres
Between 60ºC and 100ºC and below room temperature a lid or layers of polypropylene spheres should be used to help reduce evaporation/heat loss and avoid sample contamination.
Note: Polypropylene spheres are particularly useful where tall vessels need to be immersed.
Lids
FG5 flat stainless steel lid
Polypropylene spheres
PS20 pack of polypropylene spheres: 1 pack required
Rack systems
Grant custom designed racks and shelves enable you to optimise the available baths capacity. Raised shelves allow shallow vessels to be accommodated.

Accessory cooling systems
To allow systems to operate at or below room temperature by means of a cooling coil dipped into the bath. Designed for minimal impact on working area.
Refrigerated immersion coolers
Consist of a cooling coil connected to a refrigeration unit by a flexible pipe. Extract heat continuously, with the bath control unit controlling temperature.
C1G immersion cooler, temperature range 0 to 40ºC
Heat exchange coil
Designed to be attached to a supply of cooling tap water or a refrigerated circulator
CW5 heat exchange coil, temperature range 2ºC above coolant temperature
